View our list of current members here. Members of the C.A.I. Project take pleasure in being charitable, generous, kind and caring individuals, which is why C.A.I. asks members to favour doing business first with other C.A.I. members (as members of a family), rather than with non-members unless they absolutely must, due to there not already being a CAI member who provides such a product or service. This is because not everyone shares this vision:
1. C.A.I. members believe Registered Charities should offer value for money to those who support them, rather than to beg while offering nothing of value in return. C.A.I. seeks to bridge this gap by providing wonderful social and musical services to members of the public for their support to proactive charities who believe as C.A.I., offering value for donations.
2. C.A.I. members love music of all sorts, and are merciful toward the plight of the finest of musicians who have difficulty finding work, believing that their talents, skills and training may be utilised for the benefit of many by means of charity fundraising concert events for the public in trade for their support of musicians and registered charities.
3. Members believe a quick fix isn't the solution to permanent support for charities. A £500 donation to charity/s may help for a day. But £500-£1,000 to C.A.I. would hire 12-14 musicians in a fundraising event, where 500 tickets at £12 each with a raffle would raise £6,000+. If 50% of this (£3,000+) went to the charity/s, while the other 50% went to C.A.I. toward the same charity/s, more musicians could be hired and more concert events featured every year to benefit the charity/s on a permanent basis! So the £500-£1,000 given to C.A.I. would be raised from £500-£1,000 to £6,000+, plus this would guarantee ongoing charity concert events for the continued support of those charity/s to benefit every year. This is C.A.I."s vision!
